The Poncams are the more streetable of the grinds, with 260 degrees duration and 10.7mm lift on the intake side, and 260 degrees duration and 10.2mm lift on the exhaust side. If you are looking for more top-end horsepower please consider the Procam series. These cams have been designed to work with the factory MIVEC and have gone through extensive research and testing before released. These poncams are drop in cams, no additional valvetrain needed and are sold in a set of two. We have dyno tested these cams on a mildly modded EVO IX with aprox. 20whp gain done at 20psi (click on image to see attached dyno graph)
